Enantiodromia was a term used by Carl Jung to describe how the over abundance of any force naturally produces it’s opposite to balance itself out. I used this concept within the piece on an aesthetic level by working with complimentary colours, tones and form to describe a state of visual imbalance trying to find a equilibrium within itself.
