Refund policy

Returns & Damages

All prints are produced on demand and individually signed and numbered. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.

Please read the information below carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund, we require:

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage

  • Photos of the outer packaging and internal packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase

Please email jamesroperart@gmail.com with the above information as soon as possible. Once the damage is verified, we will advise on next steps. This may include a replacement print or a refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all prints are made to order, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Signed and numbered prints

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

Items that show signs of use, handling, or damage not caused in transit are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds (Damaged Items Only)

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional clearing time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges for alternative prints, sizes, or formats are not available.

Please keep all original packaging, as this may be required for insurance or courier investigations.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved refund will be issued as store credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
