Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

All prints are produced on demand, signed and numbered, and dispatched in scheduled batches.

Orders are typically dispatched within 14 days of the order date. While we aim for UK orders to arrive within 2 weeks, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery in all cases.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

For international orders, delivery can also take up to 4 weeks, and in some cases longer due to customs processing. Please refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once parcels enter the destination country.

Packing

Each item is carefully hand packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Prints are rolled in archival, acid-free tissue paper and placed in a thick-walled postal tube (approximately 3mm wall thickness). We use high-quality, recyclable packaging materials wherever possible to protect both your artwork and the environment.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International shipping charges do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are assessed upon delivery.

Please be aware that international shipments may be delayed by customs inspections, which are outside of our control.

Delivery Delays & Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier service and local postal systems. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
